Our Refund and Returns Policy
Orders
When you place an order on Dress and Attire, you agree to:
- Provide accurate billing and shipping information.
- Acknowledge that once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled unless under specific circumstances (see Cancellations).
- Ensure that payment is completed at the time of purchase through our secure payment gateway.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email with the details of your purchase. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information (if applicable).
Shipping
We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Shipping fees and delivery estimates will be provided during the checkout process.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. Dress and Attire is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is processed for shipping. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If your order has been shipped and you wish to return the product, please refer to our Returns policy below.
Returns
At Dress and Attire, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, we offer a straightforward return process:
- You can return items within 2 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@dressandattire.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Items must include all original tags and packaging.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
